Peanut Butter Bread: A Nutty and Delicious Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix 1 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs.

 Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

 Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
