Tropical Coconut Bread: A Deliciously Sweet Treat

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking pan.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of cornmeal, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
