Authentic Cuban Bread Recipe: A Taste of the Caribbean

In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of bread flour, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the dry ingredients.

 Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
