Addictive Matzo Crack: A Sweet and Salty Delight

 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange matzo crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

In a saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter with 1 cup of brown sugar, stirring until smooth.

 Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the matzo crackers, spreading evenly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the caramel is bubbling and golden.

 Remove from oven and sprinkle 1-2 cups of chocolate chips over the hot caramel.

Let the chocolate melt, then spread it evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
