Sanan Malik Death: Authorities have identified the individual killed in a tragic two-vehicle crash that occurred on Saturday, June 29, at 3:50 p.m. on Old Country Road near Prescott Street in Garden City.
The victim was 28-year-old Sanan Malik of Elmont, who was riding a 2021 Kawasaki motorcycle when he collided with a 2007 Lexus driven by a 66-year-old man.
Malik sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Lexus was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The circumstances of the collision are still under investigation as authorities work to determine the cause of this unfortunate incident.
